Start with what matters to you

Your first home.
Your next home.
A place that fits your life.

Every move starts with a reason. We’ll use yours to set priorities, talk about timing and decide what to learn before you start touring.

01 / BUYING YOUR FIRST HOME

Set your priorities before you tour

Start with when you want to move, where you travel regularly and what you need from your home each day.

  • Separate what you need from what would be nice to have.
  • Ask a lender to explain your monthly payment and the money you’ll need at closing.
  • Bring a few listings you like and tell me what caught your attention.

We’ll use those priorities to narrow down the homes worth seeing.

02 / MOVING UP

Find a home that works better for you

More square footage may help, but it won’t solve every frustration. Look closely at the layout, storage and space for the things you do each day.

  • Write down the daily frustrations you want your next home to solve.
  • Compare storage, work space and room layout against the way you actually live.
  • Talk early about selling your current home or the end date of your lease.

Keep the things you love about your current home on the list, too.

03 / COMPARING YOUR OPTIONS

Look beyond the listing photos

Bring the same short list of priorities to every showing. It will help you compare the tradeoffs after you’ve seen a few homes.

  • Notice natural light, noise, storage and how rooms connect.
  • Try the routes you expect to travel at the times you’d normally use them.
  • Write down questions about the home’s condition, costs and details that need checking.

Send me a listing you’ve saved. We can look at what fits and what needs a closer look.

A simple way to start

You don’t need to
have it all worked out.

Tell me what you know so far and what you’re unsure about. We’ll take it from there, whether you’re just exploring or ready to start looking.

Investment and business property

Looking at property
for a different purpose?

I’m also interested in residential investment properties and commercial real estate. Share a property you’re considering or tell me what you need it to do.

A residential investment property

I enjoy finding properties, reviewing the numbers and negotiating. We can start with how you plan to use a property and the details you need to check before deciding.

  • The property you’re considering and how you plan to use it.
  • Costs and estimates that need verification.
  • Your experience so far and where you’d like help.

A business space or commercial property

Commercial real estate is a newer area for me. Tell me about your business plans and what you need from the space, and we can discuss the next step and the support you may need.

  • How you plan to use the space.
  • Your timing, size and location requirements.
  • Any property you’re already considering.

Before we talk

A few things
you may want to know.

Can we speak Vietnamese?

Yes. Choose Vietnamese, English or either in the contact form. Write in whichever language feels natural to you.

I’m not ready to buy yet. Can we still talk?

Yes. Tell me about your plans and what you need to sort out before buying. We can answer your early questions while you decide what makes sense for you.

What should I bring to our first conversation?

A rough timeline, the areas you’re considering and a few things you need in a home are enough to start. You can also send a listing or post you’d like to discuss. You don’t need to send private financial documents through this page.

I already own a home. How do I prepare for the next purchase?

We’ll start with what you want to change, what you want to keep and when you’d like to move. If you need to sell your current home, we’ll discuss the timing early. If you’re renting, we’ll factor in your lease end date.

Can I ask about your services and compensation?

Yes. Ask what I would help with, how we would work together and how compensation would be handled in your situation. I want us to talk through those details before you decide whether to move forward.

Can I send you a home I found online?

Of course. Add the link or address to your message and tell me what you like or want to know about it. We can start there, even if you don’t have a buying timeline yet.
