Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-09-10

The short version

We collect the information you submit, limited website and device data, and records needed to deliver requested real-estate services, resources, and consultations. We use service providers for hosting, security, analytics, customer relationship management, email, and, when enabled, advertising measurement. We do not ask for medical or clinical information, and we do not sell or rent personal data for money. This policy explains what is processed, where it goes, and how to exercise your privacy choices.

Information you provide

Depending on the form or service you choose, we may collect:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and contact preferences
  • Real-estate interests, requested service or resource, preferred areas, commute priorities, move timeline, price range, property preferences, and the message you submit
  • For the Physician Homebuying Hub, professional degree type and career stage, such as resident, fellow, or attending, when you choose to provide them for resource and service routing
  • Consultation details, including the selected time, assigned team member, and booking-management history (Physician Homebuying Hub only)
  • Consent records, including the contact methods you authorize and any separate text-message opt-in.
  • Response-priority score, tier, routing reason, and assignment derived from submitted inquiry details so our team can prioritize follow-up. These do not decide credit, lending, or housing eligibility.

Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or payment-card details, medical or clinical information, patient information, or other sensitive records through our website forms. The Physician Homebuying Hub is organized for real-estate planning, is not intended to collect health-care information, and does not request it.

Information collected automatically

Our website and service providers may collect IP address, user agent, browser and device type, requested page, date and time, referrer, approximate location derived from IP, interaction events, and campaign or attribution parameters such as UTM values, click IDs, first landing page, and referral source. We use this information for security, abuse prevention, lead attribution, site performance, service delivery, and aggregate reporting.

Vercel (our hosting provider) records standard request and server-log information for hosting, security, debugging, and uptime monitoring. Vercel Analytics measures page-level usage and performance so we can improve the site. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

The main cgprealtygroup.com site does not store form submissions in a database; inquiries are transmitted directly to Follow Up Boss.

Supabase provides the database and server-side functions used only by the Physician Homebuying Hub. We store submitted lead and booking records there, together with source, delivery, consent, IP-address, user-agent, rate-limit, and security metadata. Access is limited to authorized systems and administrators. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics 4 records page views, session information, traffic source, device type, and selected interaction events so we can understand which content and channels generate inquiries. Google Analytics uses cookies and other identifiers. See Google's Privacy Policy and the GA opt-out browser add-on.

Follow Up Boss Pixel is a website-tracking widget used on parts of our site to understand page activity and returning visits. If you later submit a form, Follow Up Boss may associate earlier website activity with your contact record. See Follow Up Boss's Privacy Notice.

Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect higher-intent Physician Homebuying Hub forms from automated abuse. Turnstile processes browser and network signals, including IP address, user agent, TLS fingerprint, site key, and origin, to distinguish people from bots. We send the verification token and, when available, the request IP to Cloudflare for validation. We do not send your form answers to Turnstile. See Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Service providers and other recipients

We disclose information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Recipient categories include:

  • Follow Up Boss, our customer relationship management system, receives contact details, inquiry details, source, and routing tags so our team can respond.
  • CGP Lead Engine Scout, an internal CGP routing and response-management system hosted on Supabase, receives contact details and submitted funnel fields for lead scoring, assignment, and speed-to-lead operations. This scoring prioritizes our response; it does not decide credit, lending, or housing eligibility.
  • Resend receives the information needed to send consultation confirmations and calendar invitations, including name, email address, appointment details, and assigned team-member information. See Resend's Privacy Policy.
  • Slack may receive internal lead and booking alerts, including contact details, submitted inquiry details, routing tier or score, reason, assigned team member, and appointment time, so our team can respond and monitor service levels.
  • eXp Realty and transaction platforms may receive information when you become a client, request brokerage services, or a transaction requires records to be shared for supervision, compliance, or service delivery.
  • Government authorities or other parties may receive information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and system integrity.

Advertising measurement and your choice

The Physician Homebuying Hub has separate, default-off measurement controls for submitted forms and confirmed consultation bookings. If form-level Meta measurement is specifically enabled, an eligible form submitted after a Meta ad click may cause us to send Meta aLead event, source URL, event time and ID, IP address, user agent, Meta click identifier, and cryptographic hashes of the submitted email address, phone number, and name, plus a generic form-type label, form-type-derived conversion value, and U.S. dollar currency label. If confirmed-booking Meta measurement is separately enabled, an eligible booking after a Meta ad click may cause us to send a generic Schedule event, event time and ID, source URL, IP address, user agent, Meta click identifier, a generic consultation label, and cryptographic hashes of the booking contact's email address, phone number, and name. Hashing reduces direct readability but does not make an identifier anonymous. Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

If confirmed-booking Google measurement is separately enabled, an eligible booking after a Google ad click may cause us to send Google Ads, through Google Data Manager, the applicable Google click identifier, booking-event time, and a stable transaction ID. That Google conversion payload is designed not to include name, email, phone number, IP address, consultation time, assigned team member, form answers, or private booking-management data. Google processes the event under its own terms and privacy policy. See Google's Privacy Policy.

These paths are used to attribute and measure advertising only when the applicable provider and event controls have been enabled. A provider appearing in this policy does not mean that its event path is currently active.

Depending on applicable law, this processing may be considered targeted advertising or a sharing of personal data. Use the control below to opt this browser out. The preference is stored in a first-party browser setting and is sent with future Physician Homebuying Hub form and booking requests from this browser. It suppresses Physician Hub Meta form-level Lead events, Meta confirmed-booking Schedule events, and Google confirmed-booking conversion imports associated with those requests. On the main cgprealtygroup.com site, this preference also suppresses Google Analytics 4, the Follow Up Boss Pixel, Vercel Analytics, and the capture of advertising click identifiers in our attribution record.

Advertising measurement privacy choice

Checking this browser’s current preference...

For a broader privacy request or help applying the choice, email hello@cgprealtygroup.com with the subject line “Targeted advertising opt-out.” Use the browser control on each device while a broader request is being reviewed. We do not sell or rent personal data for money.

Cookies and browser controls

Some site functions and analytics providers use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies. You can block or delete these in your browser, though some features may not work as intended. Browser cookie controls do not necessarily stop a server-side advertising event sent after a form or booking request, so use the advertising opt-out method above for that choice. Because browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted consistently across services, use the specific controls and request methods described in this policy.

Physician Hub attribution may use a first-party cookie for up to 90 days and a local-storage copy that remains until browser storage is cleared. Session attribution values remain in session storage until that browser session ends. The advertising measurement preference control uses a first-party cookie for up to one year. Its local-storage copy remains until you change the choice or clear browser storage.

On the main cgprealtygroup.com site, a first-party entry named cgp_attribution_v1 is stored in a cookie and in local storage for up to 90 days. It records UTM parameters, the first page you landed on, the referring site's domain and path, and timestamps, plus advertising click identifiers unless you have used the advertising opt-out control above. We use it to attribute an inquiry to the channel that produced it.

Retention and security

We retain personal data for the purposes described here, including responding to an inquiry, maintaining a client relationship, recording consent and delivery, preventing abuse, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or brokerage obligations. Our durable lead, newsletter, routing, and booking records do not currently have one automatic deletion date and remain in the relevant systems until deleted under our privacy or recordkeeping process. Records that become part of a Texas real-estate transaction may need to be kept for at least four years after the closing, termination, or end of the transaction. Other records may have different retention periods. A deletion request may be limited by legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or recordkeeping duties.

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data and limit access to authorized people and systems. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your rights and requests

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, or opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or certain profiling. You may also unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the email and withdraw text consent at any time by replying STOP.

Submit a request by emailing hello@cgprealtygroup.com with the subject line “Privacy request,” or call (832) 402-1921 and ask us to open a privacy request. Describe the request and include enough information for us to verify your identity, but do not send identity documents or sensitive personal information by ordinary email or voicemail. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, generally within 45 days where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies.

If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing the same address with the subject line “Privacy appeal” and explaining why you believe the decision should be reconsidered. If an appeal is denied, you may contact the Texas Attorney General's consumer privacy program.
