Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect what you give us through the contact form, what your browser sends our hosting + analytics tools, and what the Follow Up Boss Pixel records about your visit. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and improve the site. We don't sell or rent it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect from you directly

When you submit a contact form on cgprealtygroup.com, we collect:

• Name, email address, and optional phone number
• Your area of interest (buying, selling, investing, etc.)
• The message you write
• Optional URL parameters that came with your visit (for example, ?intent=cma from a home-value link, or ?lang=vi from the Vietnamese landing page), these help us route your inquiry to the right teammate

What our website tools collect automatically

Vercel (our hosting provider) records standard server logs, IP address, user agent, referrer, requested path, and timestamps, for security, debugging, and uptime monitoring.

Vercel Analytics measures aggregate page-level metrics (page views, country, device type, performance) so we can improve the site. Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused and does not use third-party cookies. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics 4 records page views, session duration, traffic source, device type, and a small number of interaction events (contact-form submissions and phone-link clicks) so we can understand which content and channels generate inquiries. Google Analytics uses cookies and may collect IP address (truncated by default in GA4). See Google's Privacy Policy and the GA opt-out browser add-on.

Follow Up Boss Pixel is a website-tracking widget we use to understand which pages prospective clients view, how long they spend, and whether returning visitors interact with our content. The pixel records IP, page paths, dwell time, and basic device data. If you later submit a contact form (or any form tracked by Follow Up Boss anywhere on the web), the pixel can associate your earlier anonymous activity with your contact record so we can respond with relevant context. Where your contact information goes

Contact-form submissions are sent to our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss) so the right teammate can follow up. Your information is also accessible to brokerage systems we use as part of standard real-estate operations, for example, eXp Realty's broker tools and HAR.com (Houston Association of Realtors) profile services.

We don't sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies + Do Not Track

We use a small number of cookies, some essential for site functionality (e.g., remembering whether you've dismissed a banner), some set by Follow Up Boss for visitor identification. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some functionality may degrade.

We honor browser-level Do Not Track requests where technically feasible. The Follow Up Boss Pixel honors browser-level cookie blocking and Do Not Track signals, you can also block widgetbe.comin your browser's privacy settings or via a tracker-blocking extension.

Data retention

Contact-form submissions and any subsequent client records are retained as part of our standard real-estate transaction files, minimum four years per Texas Real Estate Commission rules for transactional records, and longer at our discretion for relationship continuity. You can request earlier deletion at any time using the email below.

Your rights

To request deletion, correction, or a copy of the information we hold about you, email hello@cgprealtygroup.com with the subject line “Privacy request.” We respond within five business days.

Brokerage relationship

CGP Realty Group is a real estate team brokered by eXp Realty, LLC. Brokerage-level data handling is governed by eXp Realty's policies in addition to ours.
