  • How do I know if a Houston realtor is the right fit?

    Ask about their recent work in the areas you are considering. Have them explain comparable sales and how they would handle your timeline. An initial call can help you decide whether to continue.

  • What does it cost to work with a Houston realtor?

    For covered Texas residential transactions, a written agreement is required before showing a property to a prospective buyer, or before presenting an offer if there is no showing. It may be a representation agreement or a showing-only agreement without representation. Review the services, compensation, and duration before signing. Compensation is negotiable. Ask who will pay it and what you could owe if another party does not cover the agreed amount.

  • Do I have to use the lender, inspector, or title company you recommend?

    No. We'll suggest partners we trust on each side of the transaction, local lenders, inspectors, title companies, but you're never required to use them. eXp's Consumer Choice Form is part of every buyer file we open. Pick the partners that serve you best; we'll work with whoever you choose. CGP doesn't accept referral fees from lenders.
