Hien Le holds Texas real estate license #748067 and co-founded CGP Realty Group with Khai Tran in 2019. She leads luxury representation at CGP across Memorial, River Oaks, Tanglewood, West University, the Memorial Villages, and luxury homes in Sugar Land and Fort Bend, and co-leads the physician-buyer practice. CGP Realty Group is brokered by eXp Realty.
Before co-founding CGP, Hien was Senior Marketing Manager for one of the largest privately held homebuilders in North America, where she worked on market positioning, buyer research, and new construction strategy. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Communication Studies from Texas Christian University, is an HAR Platinum agent, and is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
