Khai Tran & Hien Le.

Khai Tran and Hien Le co-founded CGP Realty Group in 2019. Khai has been licensed since 2014 and leads strategy and commercial real estate. He helps clients compare recent sales, work through investment numbers, and decide what fits their budget and timeline. He also teaches commercial real estate and AI systems at khaitranofficial.com and shares professional updates on his LinkedIn profile.

Hien runs residential operations and client relationships and leads luxury and physician-buyer representation. Together, they lead a team serving buyers, sellers, investors, tenants, and landlords across the Houston metro in Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, with the same service, responsiveness, and pricing in every language.
