Khai Tran & Hien Le.
Khai and Hien co-founded CGP Realty Group in 2019 to build a Houston real estate team that operates more like a strategic advisory practice than a sales floor. Khai (licensed since 2014) drives strategy and the commercial side with a calm, numbers-first style, real comps, buy boxes built on math, and clear timelines instead of pressure tactics. He also runs CRE training and AI systems work at khaitranofficial.com.
Hien runs residential operations and client relationships, with deep ties to Houston's Vietnamese-American community across Cypress and Katy and a track record built on follow-through and direct communication. Together they lead a multilingual team, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, serving buyers, sellers, investors, tenants, and landlords across the Houston metro.
