I'm Khai Tran, a Houston real estate agent and co-founder of CGP Realty Group, brokered by eXp Realty, LLC. I've been licensed in Texas since 2014. Hien Le and I founded CGP in 2019. I hold a BS in Marketing and Finance from Trinity University and an MS in Accounting from the University of Houston.

I'm an introvert by nature, and that has shaped how I work. I listen first and ask what you're trying to accomplish, what the property needs to do for you, and which costs or tradeoffs matter most. Then we look at recent sales, timing, and the full numbers so you have a clear picture before you decide.

Our team helps buyers, sellers, and investors across Houston, Cypress, Katy, Sugar Land, Spring, and nearby areas. I lead CGP Commercial for clients considering commercial real estate. Through the team, we offer service in English, Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Cantonese across the Houston metro.
