• Lender coordination. Connecting you with lenders who handle gift letters, parental financing, and international documentation. CGP doesn't accept referral fees from lenders.
• Inspection + negotiation. Review inspection findings and negotiation choices with us in your preferred language.
• Closing day. Title-company communication, wire instructions, and closing-table review handled in your language where allowed.
